Zero Friction
I hated downloading apps that forced me through a 20-screen survey just to ask for money before I saw the dashboard.
With JustLiftin, I stripped that away. Minimal data (email/password), no paywalls to start, and three taps to begin logging a set.
Connecting Generations
I have a large age gap with my two younger brothers, who are avid gamers. I wanted a way to speak their language.
Adding XP, Ranks, and Achievements wasn't a marketing tactic—it was my way of bridging the gap and connecting with them through fitness.
